**Job Title: Inclusive Support Mentor**
**Location: York**
**Contract Type: Part-time 0.9 (33.3 Hours), Permanent**
**Salary: SP 18 - 21, £24,483 - £26,520 per annum, pro rata**
**About Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Inclusive Support Mentor with a people and learner centre approach. You must have experience supporting young people with a genuine passion for supporting learners with additional need to join our inclusive support department here at our York campus.
**Key Responsibilities**:
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for creating individualised and small group focused interventions to encourage resilience, self esteem and healthy peer relationships.
You will create meaningful targets to track progress and create resources according to student’s ability and need. Sector experience and knowledge specifically in learning difficulties (SEND/ EHCP) will be beneficial.
**Interviews: w/c 6th October 2025**
**Start Date**:The College operates 2 starter/induction days per month to welcome and onboard new members. These are usually the first Monday and third Wednesday of each month (unless there is a bank holiday).
