**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus.
- Assist in seating guests and ensuring their comfort throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality control.
- Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and billing.

**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality or culinary environments is preferred.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly disposition.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with guests.
- Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and working as part of a team.
