Working 2-3 days per week your job will be to ensure that all food items are prepared efficiently and to a high standard following our specifications with the love and passion our business wholeheartedly gives to its community

You must demonstrate some previous kitchen experience and cooking expertise. Food hygiene Level 2 training is desirable.

You will be:
Preparing fresh breakfast and lunch items from our Berkhamsted cafe kitchen

Organising and delivering timely food orders, maintaining mínimally efficient stock levels and wastage

Maintaining our system of preparation for all food products in advance, ensuring orders can be completed efficiently

Training and managing staff in basic food preparation tasks and in regular food standard checks.

Practicing Level 2 Food Hygiene standards at all times, maintaining food safety records and undertaking cleaning kitchen tasks as scheduled

Assisting in back of house as well as front of house operating tasks as required to ensure our customers are served.

To form relationship with our food customers ensuring their preferences are met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
