**We are expanding our team and require experienced Healthcare Assistants to support our service users with their complex care needs.**

If you are committed, motivated, enjoy delivering one to one support and can build positive relationships with our service users and their families, this could be just the position you are looking for

We provide care to those who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.

We offer full comprehensive training to support with all clinical needs but require your invaluable care experience to assist with any social, personal care needs, medication administration and moving and handling.

We work hard to build close relationships with our service users and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Tracheostomy Care
- Ventilation Management
- Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)

**We have great rates of pay with Full Time and Part-Time available**
- Weekdays = £11.00 per hour (from £132 per shift)
- Weeknights = £11.50 per hour (from £138 per shift)
- Weekends = £12.00 per hour (from £144 per shift)
- Bank Holidays = £15.00 per hour

**Salary**: £132.00-£144.00 per day
