**Part-Time Customer Service Representative required to work 2 days a week at our Aylesbury store.**

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to be part of our friendly and hardworking team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at our Aylesbury store.

Cash & Cheque Express is a buying and selling retailer and provider of financial services with 3 stores located in and around the M25 area. Trading since November 2000, we pride ourselves on being part of our local communities and strive to deliver great customer service to all our customers.

**The key tasks are**:

- Assist the Manager to maximise profitability;
- Greeting customers who enter the shop;
- Be involved in stock control and management;
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments;
- Stocking shelves with merchandise;
- Answering queries from customers;
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers;
- Keeping the store tidy and clean, which includes hoovering, mopping dusting etc;
- Implement the policies of the company and branch at all times
- Having a friendly and engaging personality
- Comfortable working with members of the public
- Should have a confident manner
- Happy to work as part of a team
- Must be helpful and polite

**Work hours and days**:

- 9:15 am to 5:45 pm (30 min lunch and 15 min break - unpaid)
- 15.5 hours a week (Overtime available)
- 2 days from 6 (Monday - Saturday)
- Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays
- (23+) £10 per hour
- (21 - 22) £9.65 per hour
- (18 - 20) £7.20 per hour
