As a Customer Service Executive, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to customer success. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our valued customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
**Duties**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £23,333.85 per year
