Waiter / Waitress

**_This role will involve working weekends, evenings. _**_Please note this is not a seasonal roles and will require the flexibility to work a variety of shifts._**

We are renowned for the levels of service and quality we offer and have a very proud tradition of developing people as exceptional members of our team and as progressing them as individuals.
With 36 guest bedrooms, a 2 rosette AA-rated restaurant and regarded as one of the top wedding venues in Yorkshire we are now looking to expand our team.

**_The Role - Waiting staff_**

We are looking for Yorkshire's finest waiter / waitress to join our thriving service team. If you enjoy variety and are at your best when being part of a team as well as being passionate about delivering excellent guest service through delivering high-quality food & beverages to all guests, this role is for you.

**It’s important to remember your importance and reason for completing each job**:

- Our guests From taking and delivering an order, dealing with customer transaction, or dealing with guest queries.

You’ll be called upon to complete a wide variety of tasks and jobs within the hotel and it’s extremely important that you remain flexible and versatile around this. This is a full guest facing role, where you play a vital part in delivering a fantastic guest experience and it’s important to remain friendly approachable and be the best version of you whenever you come in to contact with one of our guests.

**Given the nature of this role it’s important that you are the best version of you**:

- Whether you are an experienced waiter, bartender, an all-round amazing food & beverage team member or someone who has the passion to make a difference to this amazing hotel. Along with the above, you’ll pride yourself on your high levels of attention to detail and delivering amazing experiences to our Guests. Being organised and thriving on routine whilst comfortably and effectively managing your own time will be an added bonus.
