Administration Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Entering and maintaining of client records across 3 systems.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations including typing.
- Conduct computerised record-keeping
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word and excel)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks
The job will initially be in the office (near what is currently the Odeon, but soon won't be). Once the role is underway there is the potential to WFH.
Initially anticipated to be 7-10 hours a week, with 2 days paid training at the start as well as ongoing.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7.5 per week
