Job Title: Care Worker

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clients' needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals.
- Help clients with mobility issues and physical therapy exercises.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Keep accurate records of clients' progress and services provided.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a care home or home care setting.
- Proficiency in basic IT skills for record keeping purposes.
- Ability to create and implement effective care plans.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in English to ensure clear communication with clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (nice-to-have).

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
