**Support Worker / Care Assistant - Cheshire East**

Part Time Roles Available Working in the Community

Hours Available Monday - Friday and Every Other Weekend - must be available to work early mornings and evenings

Part time permanent contracts available and flexible hour’s available including bank hours

**Support Worker roles available covering the following areas: Macclesfield, Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Goostrey**

Our support workers provide care to individuals of any age to live as independently as possible in their own homes. Our service also provides essential support to their family carers.

**About You**:
No experience required as full training will be given to anyone new to care

Willingness to attend our full induction programme for new to care starters

Able to treat people with dignity, empathy and compassion

Excellent communication skills

**A driving licence and access to a car are essential**

This highly rewarding support worker role can involve providing personal care, practical and emotional support to help individuals of any age to maintain their independence in their own homes and to lighten the load for their unpaid carers, such as family, neighbours and friends.

Support worker duties could include providing one-to-one support for children and adults in their home and out in their local community to attend recreational activities.

**Successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and stringent vetting of employment history and references will be undertaken**
