**About Us**

Dortech Direct Ltd is part of the long-established Dortech Group (est. 1993) and is one of the UK’s leading online suppliers of specialist glazing and construction products. As our e-commerce operations continue to expand, we’re looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to support our busy order fulfilment team.

**Role Overview**

You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders, managing stock movements, and maintaining excellent warehouse standards. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Dispatch goods securely and efficiently across multiple sales channels.
- Book in supplier deliveries and carry out goods-in checks.
- Load and unload courier deliveries.
- Assist with regular stocktakes and inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping.
- Safely lift and handle products (some heavy lifting required).
- Follow health & safety protocols at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or order fulfilment role.
- Experience with picking & packing in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Familiarity with stock/warehouse management systems (desirable).

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM
- No weekend work.
