We are on the look-out for a Kitchen Porter, with meticulous standards, to support the Catering team and provide an effective and efficient food service to patients, colleagues and visitors
- To support the Catering Manager / Chefs in providing an effective and efficient service to patients, staff and visitors.
- To ensure a clean working environment
- To carry out your duties including cleaning tasks necessary to maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic environment in keeping with all legislative and hospital requirements.
- Complete records for work completed.
- Duties include but are not limited to servicing the beverage points, preparing sandwiches, selling sandwiches, assisting other members of the Catering Team as required.
- To ensure that waste sacks are replaced when half full and that the bins are cleaned daily.

- Keen interest in food safety and hygiene
- Friendly and outgoing
- Conscientious

**Experience Needed**
- Food safety Level 1
- Able to work in a team
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
