Higher Level Teaching Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hardworking, organised and motivated team member to work across our academies in Lofthouse and Kirkhamgate as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. This role will involve working across both schools, one in the morning and the other one in the afternoon. The role involves supervising whole classes to cover PPA of class teachers. This is a rewarding role where you will work collaboratively with teaching staff to assist teachers in the whole planning cycle and management of the class.

Expenses will be paid for travelling between the two schools.

The working pattern for this position is 25hrs, Monday to Friday. This post is initially temporary to 31st August 2025 and is term time only plus 2 additional days.
