About the roleYour knowledge and experience will help to inform decision making at a senior level on matters regarding student progression and the shaping of Faculty policies & strategy. The role holder is expected to develop an in-depth knowledge of University, Faculty & external policies and regulations to provide guidance to the Associate Dean for Education & Students, the Directors of Teaching and Learning, Academics, Senior Management within the Faculty and Professional Services colleagues.-

The role holder will be confident in their knowledge in order to make urgent and quick decisions which impact on students. The role also presents a fantastic opportunity to develop your management skills, supporting more junior team members.Key Skills:
- Highly driven, creative, enthusiastic, and well-organised with proven administrative & organisational skills
- Approachable, professional, and able to remain calm and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work proactively, as well as reactively, to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
- Confident communicating with senior colleagues and stakeholders
- Aptitude for detailed work & problem solving, with the ability to identify and implement improvements to existing processes and develop new processes as required
- Self-motivated with an interest in supporting the development of the Curriculum and Assessment team
