As a Technical After Sales Supervisor, you will use your leadership skills and excellent communication abilities to ensure the delivery of an efficient After Sales experience for customers.
You will maintain administrative procedures, conduct regular toolbox talks, and liaise with the technical department to find solutions to technical issues in the field. You will also visit Engineers in the field where contentious issues have arisen and maintain communication with Field Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers, and customers to keep them informed about job progress.
The client is looking for someone with previous supervisory experience in a similar role, the ability to demonstrate leadership skills, and a full clean driving license. While experience in a technical or field service role is desirable, it is not necessary.
IOSH and NVQ Level 3 qualifications are also desirable.
This is a full-time, permanent position, with a competitive salary ranging from £42,000.00 to £44,000.00 per year.
The job is office-based, and the working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, totaling 42.5 hours per week.
You will also receive an attractive benefits package, including a Bupa cash plan, an attractive pension scheme, life insurance, a loyalty bonus, 20 days of annual leave and Christmas shutdown (3 days) plus bank holidays. Free on-site parking is also provided.
