**Job Title: BPO Lean Analyst**
**Location: Remote (office based in Reigate)**

**The Role**

Working as part of the team, it would be your job to support the business with ongoing process optimisation by working in collaboration with functional and operational areas and providing support for process mapping. The role supports the delivery of strategicpriorities 'Transform how we work' and 'Improve our Capital Position'.

**Example of Key Activities**
- Documenting processes and controls identified in workshops
- Increasing knowledge on Continuous improvement tools and methodologies and automation opportunities
- Provide training to individuals on process documentation standards
- Working with the team to help document processes and adding controls (Financial, Risk and Resiliency) to the processes.
- Attend workshops and help to take notes to provide support to the business on documenting their processes

**Skills and Experience**
- MS Office skills in Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with iServer
- Highly organised with strong administrative / support / analysis knowledge and skills
- Good problem analysis and resolution skills
- Experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
- Attention to detail while working at pace
- Ability to challenge status quo and build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Maintain in a collaborative and dynamic work ethic
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Must have process mapping skills/ a strong understanding of how the processes work
- Knowledge of a Lean methodology
- Previous experience in developing good working relationships with stakeholders of various levels
