**Vacancy Responsibilities**
- To coordinate multiple tasks and activities to enable the timely delivery of a number of assigned projects.
- Ensure that customer requirements are met or exceeded.
- Provide an effective and professional interface for Energy Assets Clients and Partners as part of the Siteworks team in the delivery of Energy Assets services.
- Provide a timely and accurate response to enquiries from customers, gas suppliers, developers and other end users and to ensure any SLA’s and KPIs are met.
- To ensure that information is accurately recorded and that industry processes are followed, particularly relating to GT1, GT2, GL/5, GSC and ONJOB processes.
- To ensure internal approval processes are followed such as obtaining design approvals and SODA escalations.
- Ordering of materials required to complete project delivery. Ensuring project budget are adhered to and processing cost variations where required.

**Vacancy Requirements**

To be considered for this position you will have at least 1 - 2 years previous administration experience ideally with a multi utility business.
You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work on your own initiative.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
