Uk HR Graduate Programme

**Location**: Newbury and London (dependent upon placement) + *Hybrid
**Salary**: Competitive salary of £32,000, sign on bonus of £1,000, plus annual performance bonus and Vodafone benefits

**What you'll do**:
Our two-year programme will give you experience across three placements within two of our Centres of Excellences - for example, Talent, Reward, Resourcing and Learning - and also in our HR Business Partner community.

On completion, these experiences will help shape your next career move.

2) Online assessment - includes a video interview and a logical reasoning assessment
3) Assessment centre

- A 2.2 in any degree, recently graduated - i.e. a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2022 and August 2025
- You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We **do not** accept the Graduate Route Visa.
