**Who are we?**

We are Craner & Kirkman, we’re one of the leading Amazon FBA Prep businesses in the UK, serving over 60+ clients from across the UK and beyond in delivering their prep requirements for Amazon. We’re also the only prep business in the UK that has an official relationship with Amazon to deliver directly into their fulfilment centres in our own vehicles.

We’re a small team of only circa 10 staff (with part time/casual staff on the books too) and we’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader to come in and manage our warehouse operations. You must have previous experience in a warehouse environment, be a confident communicator, have leadership experience and be willing to get stuck in with whatever needs doing.

The Warehouse Team Leader role is a varied one, that requires a great degree of organisation and a calm approach. Most of your time might be spent supporting the check-in teams with checking in goods and labelling them, but you will also be working closely with delivery drivers to support inbound deliveries, our own vehicles on outbound deliveries and making sure the warehouse is organised, following Health & Safety rules, and the process is flowing as it should.

Reporting directly into the management team, you will be a confident leader that strives to achieve excellence in driving forwards a growing and progressive business. You will be managing a small team, and striving to drive a positive work environment with a cohesive and structured team. If you have a forklift truck qualification, that is an additional bonus

Whilst the core hours of the role are 9.00 to 5.00pm, we’re looking for someone with flexibility. The nature of the role and the small nature of our business means that there may be the occasional weekend work required and the regular requirement for overtime in the mornings/evenings. If you’re a 9.00am to 5.00pm kind of person, then this role is likely not for you. Due to this, we’re also looking for someone that has their own transport to be able to get to and from work.

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
