A small, dynamic private practice based in the heart of Mayfair are seeking a self-motived Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

This is an extremely unique opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to carry out the full compliment of commercial building surveying whilst working remotely up to 4 days a week, and be eligible for a market-leading, performance-based bonus structure.

Acting on behalf of the landlord and tenant whilst carrying out contract administration duties, schedules of dilapidations and project monitoring for a diverse client base across London.

**The Senior Building Surveyor?**
- MRICS preferred
- Experience carrying out commercial building surveying duties listed above
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
- Based within a 90 minute commute of Mayfair
