Someone who can rock a smile brighter than our members neon leggings and keep our health club humming like a well-oiled treadmill. From high-fiving the morning crew to serving Cappuccino’s to those attending Classes, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to keep the good vibes flowing, energy levels high and the service super special

**Outline Role & Responsibilities**

Responsible for delivering excellent Front of House services to members and guests reporting to the Health Club Manager. Duties Inc. but not limited to:

- Setting the tone for exceptional customer service and operations standards
- Scheduling appointments, processing payments and keeping accurate records
- Engaging with members and guests, resolving problems, tackling tricky situations and gathering feedback
- Collaborating with Membership team, Therapists, Fitness Instructors and team members to ensure seamless scheduling and service delivery
- Promoting and selling products and services that match members wants and needs

**Skills and attributes required**:

- Professional and presentable creating a positive first impression
- Flexibility including working some shifts including mornings from 6am, evenings to 9pm and 1:5 weekends
- Proven customer service and sales experience, preferably 12-24 months in a similar work place
- Financially proficient, carrying out till reconciliations, stock checks and processing transactions
- Calm under pressure and able to balance the quiet times with the busy times
- Someone who is reliable, dependable, passionate about what they do and won't let the team or members down
- Knowledge and passion for health, wellness and fitness with previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality, wellness, or fitness industry is preferred but not essential.
