**Job Title: Night Care Assistant**

We are actively recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join a reputable Care Home team in the Nether Edge area of Sheffield. This Care Home has been proudly providing care for the elderly since 1994 and is set in a quiet, leafy area where Respite and Day Care services are also offered. The Care Home boasts a “Good” CQC rating and emphasizes person-centered care, offering plenty of stimulating and interesting activities for its residents.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Night Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized care to our clients, tailored to their specific needs and preferences. Your duties will include:

- Assisting with all aspects of personal hygiene, including washing, bathing, grooming, shaving, and cleaning teeth
- Providing support with nutrition and hydration
- Assisting with mobility
- Administering medication
- Maintaining accurate records
- Providing end-of-life care
- Assisting with dressing and undressing clients

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a care home setting
- A full enhanced DBS check (provided at no cost to you)
- Availability to work 3 nights per week (between 9pm and 8am, shift pattern to be discussed)
