We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager Trainer and Skills Coach
This position is fully remote and permanent.
This is a great time to join as this training provider is going through an exciting period of growth and the new start of a range of new Business training programmes.
This training provider has an added focus on the learner journey and the quality of the delivery and assessment.
The Project Manager Trainer/Skills Coach will be supporting employed learners who have enrolled on intermediate short courses in Project Management.
As an experienced Project Manager Tutor/Skills Coach you can expect:

Typical duties of the Project Manager Tutor will include:
- Plan and design specific industry-standard learning programmes in Project Management technical competencies, behaviours and relationships.
- Deliver inspiring training and coaching sessions to groups
- Actively support, mentor and motivate learners across the learner journey to help them with the timely completion of their learning aims and qualification. Contact will be varied and will include coaching through Microsoft Teams and online platforms
- Prepare training/group sessions/assessment plans utilising a variety of training methods, accommodating different learning styles.
- Use effective materials and appropriate resources, at a pace and level which meet learners’ needs.
- Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximize their potential
- Observe, mark, and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
Skills and Experience Required for the Project Management Trainer/Skills Coach
- Hold a recognised Project Management Qualification such as APM, PMP or Prince 2
- Hold a recognised Teaching Qualification would be desirable
- PTLLS, Award in Education and Training, alongside holding a recognised Assessors Award is desirable
- Up-to-date knowledge and experience working with Project Management alongside commercial training experience
- Experience in teaching and coaching in a group and individual setting
- Competent user of remote platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Virtual Learning platforms.
