**New opportunity not to be missed** We are looking for **Senior Support Workers**to join our growing teams based Clayton Le Woods, Chorley and Leyland. In return we are offering a competitive salary of £11.25 - £12.00 per hour. Contracts are available for 35 and 40 hours a week.

Dalesview is located in Clayton-Le-Woods and also has homes in Chorley and Leyland. Dalesview has been established for over 20 years and hold Investors in People Gold Award. We provide specialist supported living and residential services for adults withprofound learning and physical disabilities.

We are looking for fun, enthusiastic Senior Support Workers who genuinely want to make a difference, to work with us in providing meaningful care and support for our serviceusers. **What will you be responsible for as our Senior Support Worker?**
- Supervising and working alongside our care team in providing effective care and support to adult residents with profound learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities
- Assisting in the care of all service users through the delivery of person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans/ risk assessments. This will include all aspects of moving and handling, personal care, eating and drinking
- Assisting in enabling service users to live their chosen lifestyle including accessing the local community and participating in leisure activities
- Dispensing medication
- Being on-call
- Opportunity for future progression

**What makes you our ideal Senior Support Worker?**
- NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care is preferable
- Caring, hardworking, flexible and reliable
- Previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities is preferable
- Competent in dispensing medication
- Experience in supervising a team would be advantageous
- Full driving licence is preferable
