**Job Purpose**

You’re out there to help customers discover all the cool things in the store, but, you also need to achieve sales and hit those KPI targets. And, of course, have fun and make the store an exciting place for your team _and_ the customers

**Salary and Benefits (woop)**
- Up to £9.50 per hour
- Staff discount - up to 30% off
- Sales bonus
- 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days holiday following completion of one full fiscal year
- Company pension scheme
- Company life insurance (after 3 months service)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 - 20 per week

**Salary**: Up to £9.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- York, YO19 4TA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
