**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a Junior Business Consultant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position suited to individuals who are looking to gain real-world business experience in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You’ll be involved in a range of activities designed to give you exposure to key areas of consultancy and project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and delivery of client-focused solutions
- Conduct market research and present findings to senior colleagues
- Support the development of reports, presentations, and proposals
- Collaborate with different teams to help improve operational efficiency
- Monitor project performance and contribute to business improvement initiatives
- Take part in regular training and feedback sessions to support your development

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A keen interest in business operations and consultancy
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
- Organised, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Degree preferred but not essential - we value motivation and drive
- Must have the right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time)

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
