We are working with a successful Freight Forwarder based near Feltham.
Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Looking for Senior Air Import Operator
Deliver a Superior Customer experience to all customers and proactive in identifying issue and mitigating them, ensure issues raised are resolved quickly. Working in the FMCG division so adhoc and general cargo.
Looking for some experience within Imports and who would like to develop further.
Closely collaborate with other teams within and across Station/DOC. Act as the first point of contact for customers and actively build strong relationships with customers.
Role
Be the primary point of contact for customers and act as an advocate for the customer internally. Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers and desires.
Own the customer experience, Lead the team to achieve best in class Customer service
Ensure smooth execution of the end to end shipment by working closely with customer and internal stakeholders.
Adhering to process in line with the agreed execution standards and customer specific IOPs and monitor respective KPIs.
Identify and execute upselling opportunities, driving value through the network.

**Skills Required**:
Min of 5 years + experience within the industry and some Air Imports experience in a similar position.
Used to problem solving
End to end Air process Knowledge
Operations System Knowledge
Composure
Ability to communicate effectively.
