Your Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assisting customers with prescription queries, product information, and order updates.
- Maintaining accurate records and organising customer interactions effectively.
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless service.
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop within the role.

What We’re Looking For:

- Computer Literate: Comfortable using online systems and tools.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised and Conscientious: Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Adaptable and Eager to Learn: Willingness to grow and develop within a dynamic environment.
- Preferred but Not Essential: Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.

Additional Requirements:

- A driving license and access to a car are preferred, as the office may move to Manchester in early 2025.
