**The Opportunity**:

- Flexible Monday - Friday working week. Time to get your weekends back
- You’ll be working with top of range equipment, plus the latest hearing aids on the market
- Low investment buy-in, with a huge return for driven clinicians
- ** Up to £20k relocation allowance / sign on bonus (T&C’s Apply)**:

- Up to £50k basic salary
- Kent would be your territory and office - from Dartford to Dover
- Guaranteed earnings of £75k in the first year. What could year 2 and beyond look like?

**About the Domiciliary Business**

Each partnership consists of an Optometrist, Customer Service Provider and an Audiologist. As the Audiology Domiciliary partner, you will lead the audiology business with the aim of providing the very best in patient hearcare. The optometrist partner will lead clinical excellence in the Optics services provided and the Customer Service Partner will focus on driving business growth and industry leading customer service through the local support office

Geographically you will work over a set ‘territory’, and through your commitment to the highest service and professional standards, will be able to build lasting relationships with existing and new customers to continually add value and grow your business.

Alongside being an integral part of the community and providing the best service, there is also substantial earning potential due to our new and improved domiciliary structure.

**Requirements of the role**

Alongside being a qualified and HCPC registered HAD or Audiologist, you’ll need to share the Specsavers’ ethos. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team and the local community. In summary, you’ll be a highly skilled Audiology professional willing and able to help drive the business forward.
