**What you'll do**:
Retail Supervisor Apprentice in Basingstoke

You’ll be a permanent member of our team, holding the role of Supervisor, supporting the Store Manager while also studying towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship.

**Building relationships.** As the face of Toolstation, you’ll create brilliant customer relationships.

**Motivating.** Supporting your team and creating a positive culture to make your store a fantastic place to work.

You’ll also take the lead on:
**Sales and service.** Growing commercial sales through repeat customers and brand loyalty.

**Stock and process.** Making sure our customers can always find the products they’re looking for, so they come back to us time and time again.

**What you'll bring**:
**Hard work and passion.** You don’t need any retail experience. You just need to be over 18, with a passion for people gained as a supervisor or team leader.

**Energy and curiosity.** A desire to learn fast and work hard. We'll teach you the rest.
