This project is working with a well-known manufacturing business that is going through a period of transformation and change. Part of this change is a large infrastructure improvement programme.
This role will hold a pivotal place in managing the ongoing projects and working with the programme team to harmonise widespread projects as things progress.
The project manager deliverables include:
- End to end management of core infrastructure projects & roll-outs (Network, Wifi remediation, security, fibre & platform)
- Plan, scope and manage projects
- Partner with 3rd party vendors and ensure delivery is on time and within budget
- Work with the senior programme team and leadership team to keep the project working in line with the broader project
- Manager end to end project budgets
- Build a strong relationship with technical teams to improve the information flow on the project
The business is looking to bring someone in quickly to fill this role as the project is moving towards a crucial stage. They are looking for someone ideally with a hands-on Project manager background in infrastructure or cloud but will also look at an experiencedIT software PM who is looking to gain more experience in this area.
