**Healthcare Assistant for children with complex needs**
**Duties**:
- Assisting healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support
- Taking and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assisting with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Helping patients with mobility and transfers
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to lift/move patients when necessary
