Aspire Care SW are currently looking for a full time Field Care Supervisor.

This role will involve leading the team of carers who provide support to our clients currently residing in the North Somerset and Bristol area.

This role would suit someone who has a proven track record of delivering exceptional care and support experience, and who are now looking to expand their skills within more of a supervisory

**The role will involve a mix of hand's on support day's each week if needed, as well as days working in the North Somerset and Bristol offices to complete the admin side of things too.**

**This is a great opportunity for someone to still feel they are providing actual support to our clients and members, but to also work within an office setting some days in the week too.**

**It is important that you are able to be flexible with regards to hours and days you can work, as a requirement for this role would involve some weekend and evening work when required.**

Salary for this position is at £22,000 per annum, plus the opportunity for overtime.

The role will involve the following tasks.
- Working alongside the Bristol Field Care Supervisor and Management in completing client monthly and weekly team rotas, communicating with staff members to obtain their availability to book onto shifts.
- Reacting to shift changes as they happen in a professional and creative way as to ensure there is no impact to service.
- Working alongside your colleagues to ensure that the ongoing Auditing for each of our clients’ packages is completed to ensure compliance.
- Working alongside our Branch Nurse to complete and update Client Support Plans and Risk Assessments.
- Working alongside the office team to arrange and conduct our member supervisions and appraisals, ensuring these are carried out regularly.
- Delivering PPE supplies and paperwork to our clients to ensure effective stock levels are consistently maintained.
- Working alongside the office team with Recruitment activities, such as attracting new members through our Social Media platforms, conducting interviews, and carrying out the on-boarding process for new members to the team.
- Be able to work flexibly with regards to job role as well as working patterns, as no two days are the same so a willing, can-do attitude is essential.
- Providing On call duties, this would require one night per week and one weekend per month, to support members with any issues during out of office hours, examples being sickness, issues, or queries, and to be able to cover in an emergency.

This role could be tailored to a degree to suit the right person, and Aspire Care are willing to develop the role further and provide training and additional opportunities going forward.
