**About being a Recruitment Consultant in Lewisham, South East London**

**Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established Lewisham, London branch to grow a warm Catering and hospitality desk supplying temporary staff to clients.**

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace blended working and offer our people the freedom to work from home for a proportion of their week. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to switch off.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include**:

- Business to business sales activities to existing and new clients
- Outbound sales calls and working to sales targets
- Visiting clients
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration and updating systems

You will be supported by a very experienced Branch Manager and team

**About You**:
As an experienced sales orientated Recruitment Consultant, you will have great relationship building and business to business sales skills with the ability and drive to develop a warm catering desk OR you can join us if you have a strong sales background as a Trainee Recruitment Associate.
