**Job Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance within their homes. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalised care tailored to their unique needs. This position requires a commitment to patient care, with responsibilities that may include assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and companionship.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in condition.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client health to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with behaviour management strategies for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia care needs.
- Drive clients to appointments or social engagements as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques, including first aid and medication administration.
- Experience in senior care, hospice care, or caregiving is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Alzheimer’s and dementia care practices is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- A valid driving licence is beneficial for transporting self between client addresses.

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
