We are recruiting for a Labourer to join us here at Octavius Regional Civil Engineering.

As a Labourer at Octavius Regional Civil Engineering, you'll be part of a boots-on-the-ground team delivering critical infrastructure projects across highways frameworks. You'll carry out your work safely and to a high standard, supporting teams in the field while representing the values that drive everything we do.

**You'll be working on. (what your role and responsibility is)**:

- Handle and move materials, tools, and equipment safely across sites.
- Operate tools and machinery, ensuring all equipment is used correctly and safely.
- Follow strict safety protocols to protect yourself and your teammates.
- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and fellow operatives to meet project goals.
- Keep accurate records of your work and raise any issues to your manager.
- Ensure all work meets our quality and compliance standards.
- Look for ways to continuously improve your skills and support project success.
- Empty the bins across site

- Basic literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Additional tickets like PTS, Highways Passport, IPAF, or Slinger/Signaller (desirable but not essential)
