**The Role**

An exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment specialist to take ownership of a direct hiring model for our organisation. If you’re board of the everyday recruitment agency work, or just fancy a change of scenery, this job could be for you. Thispoison is an integral part of Dynamic’s 3-year strategy, reporting into the Directors of the business, you will hold responsibility for identifying, engaging, and hiring across all business divisions. As we hit key deliverables over the next 3 years, thereis an opportunity for this person to move into a leadership position, if desired.
- You will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential employees for 2 Recruitment brands
- You will be liaising with the leadership team to identify key skills and requirements for each hire.
- As the first talent acquisition specialist in the organisation, you will have autonomy to develop the companies approach to talent acquisition
- Conducting initial interviews, you will look to identify individuals that not only align with motivations and skills, but also hold the same values as our organisation

**Person Specification**:

- As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the face of our business, it is imperative that you are confident, well presented and have excellent communications skills
- Ideally you will have at least 2 years recruitment experience or experience in finding and attracting talent to a fast-paced growing business
- You will possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks in a pressurised environment
- Previous experience of working within a sales-based environment so that you can identify the attributes required to be an excellent recruitment consultant would be beneficial
