Barista - Padel Club/hobo

**Barista - Padel Up/Hobo coffee, Stockton-on-Tees (part-time)**

We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team in creating delicious speciality coffee and providing excellent customer service in our busy coffee shop.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards in the café
- Operate the point-of-sale system
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is advantageous
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Understanding of food safety practices to ensure a hygienic environment

**What We’re Looking For**

1+ years experience in a specialty coffee environment

Confident with espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art

Knowledge of brew methods (V60, AeroPress, batch brew, etc.)

A positive, team-focused attitude

Passion for customer service and coffee culture

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Pay: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
