Front Desk Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors to the hotel in a warm, friendly, and polite manner.
- Answer customer enquiries.
- Refer new and existing private hire clients and visitors to relevant staff members.
- Manage customer bookings and reservations to the Restaurant & Hotel.
- Maintain a clean and tidy front desk and reception area.
- Work with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared correctly for guests.
- Assist waiting staff and Restaurant managers as needed.
- Work with kitchen team to ensure all bookings are agreeable.
- Work with Events managers to ensure that the front desk has all in order for private hire and public events.
- Work with front Desk Manager to ensure consistency

**General working hours**
- Fixed 25hrs per week
- Rotating shifts: 7.45am - 3pm / 3pm - 9pm
- Wednesday to Saturday (occasional Sunday Cover)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £17,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
