The Primo Group are purveyors of private and rare number plates and have been operating since 2012. Our offices are based within walking distance from Fleet town Centre.

Due to continued expansion, we are excited to be recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to join our tight knit team. You would be responsible for tapping into the current market who are never far from their screens and using your high calibre communication skills to bridge the gap between browsing and buying. But you don't just convert clicks into currency, you understand the needs of our customers and go above and beyond to explain the benefits of their purchases, find alternative purchases to suit their budget/ product availability and sell additional services to help make their experience in purchasing a private number plate as enjoyable and memorable as the item itself. You'll be processing the customers transfers and dealing with the paperwork involved, keeping them up to date every stage of the way.

Due to the nature of the role, you will naturally be a self-starter and your own biggest competition. You will ideally have an interest or basic knowledge of number plates, but your sales instinct, impeccable phone manner and ability to understand and pre-empt customers is the biggest requirement.

We are passionate about plates and our work has been featured in publications such as Autocar, F1 Magazine and the Ferrari Owners Club Magazine. We keep our nose to the ground for the most sought after and rare plates and our ‘pinch me’ moment was selling the AU1 plate from the Bond movie Goldfinger

In reward, we are offering a attractive hourly rate of £11 per hour and commission based on your sales.. Having sold plates worth six figures, there is no limit to your earning potential The role is 20 hours per week, working 4 hours a day 1pm to 5pm. You will be based at our casual, comfortable and COVID-secure offices in Fleet (we cannot offer working from home or hybrid working). We pride ourselves on being a fun, friendly and supportive team. On site parking is provided.
