**Job Title: Compliance Officer (Part-Time)**

**Location**: Bolton Office, SEND Inclusion Support

**Hours**: Part-time, flexible hours (would suit someone needing to do school drop-offs and pick-ups)

SEND Inclusion Support specialises in providing tailored solutions for the education and residential sector, drawing from our 19 years of experience in SEND and recruitment. Our collaborative approach involves closely working with various institutions, including Mainstream Schools, Virtual Schools, SEND Schools, and Places of Care. We take pride in making a meaningful impact on SEND Residential and Day Schools, Independent Schools, Pupil Referral Unit’s (PRU’s), Alternative Provisions, and Residential Children’s Homes. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and caring educational environment for all children and young people, including those facing Mental Health difficulties and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). **What We're Looking For**:
Compliance is a vital part of our operation, and we ensure that we comply with government regulations at all times throughout the recruitment process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with SEND Consultants in a fast-paced setting
- Check and upload ID documents
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulatory changes affecting recruitment and SEND education
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance strategies and processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in compliance, HR, or a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and online databases
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards is desirable
