## Overview

# Responsibilities
- Install and repair fencing around works areas.
- Manage traffic around fenced area.
- Gate man to allow vehicles in/out of fenced area

VTS are looking for motivated individuals to join our expanding team.

Experience is preferred but not essential.

We cover works all across the UK so the ability to work away from home for extended periods is essential. Staff will be required to undertake early/late starts and weekend working.

CSCS card advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

Applications should be able to work well on their own and also as part of a team. Reliability is a key requirement.

The role includes but is not limited to:
Installing/maintaining/removing HERAS fencing installations

Marshalling pedestrians

Driving 3.5t traffic management vehicles to sites across the UK.

Work is nationwide and you will be required to work away from home for periods of times
(Accommodation costs and food expenses will be covered by VTS)

Work involves unsocial hours with night/weekend working

Yard duties including stock checks etc

Dealing with clients and customer on sites - excellent communication skills and polite
manner are essential

Viking Traffic Solutions will provide full training and uniform. Starting rate of pay is £11.70 per hour

Wages are paid weekly (Friday), a week in arrears, on submission of a completed time sheet.
