**The Role**

You will maintain high customer satisfaction levels through responsibility for the supervision of returned items/goods into the warehouse. The role will include the development, performance and maintenance of the warehouse, inventory of returns/stock control to produce an efficient system and receipts solution, maximising performance.

**Main duties**:

- Overall inventory of returns/stock control reverse logistics processes and quality control including the development, performance and maintenance of the warehouse furniture sector and returns process to produce an efficient system and solution maximising performance minimizing loss against pre-agreed targets, controls and SLA’s for returned goods.
- Additionally their will be responsibility for parcel returns and stock control.
- Ensure your team understand their duties, the mechanisms of the warehouse and their role within the organisation.
- The smooth running of the team and organisation as a whole.
- Contribute to training and development of the team and organisation as a whole.
**Skills**
- Experience of Supervising a team
- Flexible as may be required to work extra hours to meet the business needs
- An excellent communicator
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems, scanning processes and TMS Systems.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
