**Responsibilities**
- SEO analysis of website and content to optimise inbound traffic
- Manage PPC & remarketing campaigns including keyword research
- Create engaging content for blogs
- Grow and engage our social media presence organically and through paid ads
- Measure & report on performance of all marketing activities
- Identify any market trends & insights
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite design software
- Strong content and copywriting skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
