**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Accurately dispense medications as per prescriptions while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of medication, providing guidance and support to patients regarding their prescriptions.
- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensed, including patient information and prescription details.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and address any medication-related queries.
- Ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked with necessary medications and supplies, conducting regular inventory checks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Uphold cleanliness and organisation within the pharmacy environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medication administration processes and patient care practices is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients and healthcare professionals, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of pharmacy practice.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems would be an advantage.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
