Are you educated to graduate level and looking to kickstart your career in business administration, HR, finance or school operations?
King James’s School is offering an exciting Graduate Trainee opportunity within our Business Services team. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic educational environment while building a strong foundation for a future career in public sector management or business operations.
You work alongside the Director of Business Services and operational Manager to support the delivery of key operational services across the school. You will be involved in project coordination, event planning, stakeholder communication, and marketing, including developing our social media presence. This is a varied role with real responsibility, supported by training and mentoring.
What we’re looking for:
- Graduate-level education (any discipline considered) with a proactive and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different audiences
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A genuine interest in business support, education, or public service
- Digital confidence, especially with social media and Microsoft Office
