**DESCRIPTION**

NML Solutions specialise in the install of load handling equipment to commercial lorry bodies.

Due to recent growth we require the services of a HGV driver with crane operator experience, for example Hiab or Palfinger equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Driver to join our team at NML Solutions on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.

The role includes the delivery of completed units and load testing of new equipment by following a test schedule.

**JOB FUNCTION**

Reporting to and working along side the production manager to:

- Commission of new equipment following installation and completing stability checks.
- Generating inspection reports and test certificates to accompany vehicle upon completion.
- Completing thorough examinations and LOLER inspections of lifting equipment, carrying out load test in line with relevant ALLMI guidelines and EN12999 machinery directive regulations.
- Diagnosing and repairing issues with electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems during install stage.
- Delivery of completed units.

**JOB CRITERIA**
- HGV Class 1 or 2 rigid licence
- Minimum of two years of experience in operating truck mounted cranes, for example Hiab or Palfinger equipment
- Good level of IT skills and experience using digital service tools.
- Previous experience of load handling and slinging would be desirable but not essential as full training can be provided
- Full UK Driving licence

**WORKING WEEK**
- Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm
- Friday 8.00am to 2.00pm
- Overtime hours available

Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
