**What will I be doing?**

As a Supervisor at Sbarro you will be leading the line in making our famous pizza pies, as well as being the first point of contact for all enquiries in-store. Acting as a Team Leader in the store manager’s absence, we are looking for friendly, empatheticand approachable people to lead our team.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Whilst working as a supervisor you will have varied responsibilities including organising your shift, allocating team members to different stations, producing fresh pizzas and providing excellent customer service You are an essential part of our team andplay a key role in ensuring our stores operate smoothly, as a supervisor you will
- Plan your shift - be the Team leader in the store manager’s absence
- Develop, lead & motivate the team
- Strive to increase store profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Produce our world-famous pizzas from scratch
- Ensure a clean & tidy work environment

**Requirements**:
We hire based on attitude and personality. For our supervisor roles we do not require you to have any experience making pizza, but we do ask that you:

- Have experience as either a supervisor or Team leader - desirable, not mandatory
- Are comfortable counting cash accurately
- Have flexibility with your availability / can work evenings & weekends
- Can lift up to 15kg
