We currently have an opportunity for Full Time or Part Time Support Workers to join our Residential team based in the Welshpool. Cae Melyn offers residential living services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health problems, complex needs, challenging behaviour and physical disabilities. Through our person-centred approach we assess the needs, wishes and goals of each individual.

**Responsibilities**:

- In the home you will support service users with household duties such from cooking, tidying, washing to gardening or decorating their bedroom
- You will also support the service user in other activities such as shopping, visiting the doctor or dentist and social activities such as going to football matches, or swimming

Guaranteed hours are available on a full-time contract but must be flexible to work on a 2 rolling rota to include early shifts, late shifts, sleep-ins and alternate weekends.

Extra Rate an hour if NVQ / QCF trained

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £9.90 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
