**Hygiene Operative (Day Shift) - Tiffin Sandwiches Ltd**

**IMMEDIATE STARTS**

**Days per week**:5 out of 7**

**Working Hours**:
**Sunday + Tuesday - Start at 6am till finish**

**Every other day - Start at 7am till finish**

**Rate of Pay**:£11.55 ph

18+ ONLY

Our company is a well-regarded national supplier of high-quality sandwiches and has been operating for over 25 years.

Due to continued growth, we are now looking for enthusiastic team players that want to join a thriving business within our Hygiene Team. We are on the hunt for people that want to work full time in a supportive fast paced environment with likeminded people. Our full-time shifts are five full days per week. We want hard working people that are looking for a role where they play a key part in ensuring the business continues to succeed by correctly and accurately creating our freshly made sandwiches for thousands of customers daily. Using state of the art technology and processes our production teams enjoy a busy environment that is both supportive and rewarding.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Must ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Must ensure all hygiene working practises are always adhered to.
- To dismantle production lines and carry out deep cleans.
- To carry out deep cleans of refrigeration units.
- To work as part of the Food safety hygiene team.
- To be able to understand robust hygiene schedules.
- To use cleaning machinery such as floor machines, steam cleaners, Industrial washers.
- To use chemicals to carry out deep cleans.
- To be flexible and have a very good work ethic.
- To have a pro-active approach.
- To work to tight schedules and deadlines.
- To be results driven.
- To have a good timekeeping and attendance record.
- Full training provided.

**Essential Skills**:

- Basic English - In this role you will be required to work with ingredients and quantities, following recipes and ensuing total compliance with food hygiene regulations which will require a basic understanding of English to be able to meet the role expectations.
